What information helps with system selection?
Provide site plans and sections, clear dimensions, target capacity, vehicle dimensions and weight, access conditions and project location. Pit, fire-protection and power requirements also affect the design.
How is a quotation determined?
A quotation depends on the site, system type, capacity, configuration and installation/service scope. You can leave the project information you have; the final solution and quotation are confirmed in project documents.
Which project services does BOAO provide?
BOAO provides R&D, design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and maintenance. Training, equipment management and maintenance arrangements follow the project service agreement.
What do warranty and maintenance services cover?
Monthly inspection and maintenance during the warranty period, operator training and control software upgrade services are offered. Warranty duration, coverage and implementation are defined in the project contract.
Can an SUV or electric vehicle use the system?
Check vehicle length, width, height and weight against the specific model. Some carriers also limit wheelbase, track width and ground clearance. Charging interfaces must be confirmed separately.
